AUD $350 one-off cleaning fee per booking based on the house being left at the same level of cleanliness as provided.

After checkout, additional Housekeeping charges may be applied for non-compliance with the House Rules surrounding cleanliness.

Check yourself in with the keypad from 3.00pm and check out by 10.00am. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed and are based on availability and may incur additional fee/s.

The rates are are just a indication and I suggest you contact me with any possible bookings in the first instance, as I often run promotions that will offer you a better rate, or with longer stays qualify you for free nights. This would apply to less than 6 guests, longer stays and such.
