Please take the time to read this before booking, so that you are fully aware of the code of behaviour that’s expected in our beautiful homes. These rules have been set, not to put a damper on your holiday but to protect our valuable property and to keep you safe too.  Please be aware that non-compliance could affect your bond.

GET TO KNOW HOUSE RULES BEFORE BOOKING

  • The property inside and out is strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

    Non compliance will result in extra charges.

  • 02 PETS

    Pets are allowed strictly on application at 48 at Hyams. We know how important it is for the whole family to be away together. There are additional pet rules and a pet fee applicable. The details will be sent to you on application.

  • Daily rates are based on 1-6 guests and only as per the number of guests on the booking confirmation. The original number of guests registered on the confirmed booking is the maximum number allowed to stay. Changes need to be notified in advance , approved and additional charges may apply.

  • There is a strict NO party or events policy inside or outside or anywhere on the property in respect of neighbors and community. See also respecting neighbors and community and particularly NOISE.

  • Please when you come back from the beach No sitting on any of the furniture inside or outside with wet clothing, fake tan or sand to prevent watermarks, staining, fading and damage. There is an outdoor shower and convenient entry to inside for your convenience so a sand-free interior can be enjoyed by everyone.

  • Ensure that you separate waste responsibly and remove it to the correct colour-coded bins outside for council collection. Bins are clearly marked and local Council monitors contamination of recycling bins and extra charges will be incurred for non-compliance to recycling guidelines.

  • Enjoy the beauty and close proximity to our beautiful fauna & flora, Boodoree National Park, Jervis Bay Marine Park, but please do the right thing & care for our environment and all those that live within it. Don’t feed or approach the wildlife for their health and wellbeing and if you find orphaned or injured animals, please contact:

  • Be a good neighbor, and familiarise yourself with council regulations regarding noise restrictions and times. Interact positively with the community and show care and respect, regardless of whether others show the same courtesy or not.
