02 PETS

Pets are allowed strictly on application at 48 at Hyams. We know how important it is for the whole family to be away together. There are additional pet rules and a pet fee applicable. The details will be sent to you on application.

Daily rates are based on 1-6 guests and only as per the number of guests on the booking confirmation. The original number of guests registered on the confirmed booking is the maximum number allowed to stay. Changes need to be notified in advance , approved and additional charges may apply.

There is a strict NO party or events policy inside or outside or anywhere on the property in respect of neighbors and community. See also respecting neighbors and community and particularly NOISE.

Please when you come back from the beach No sitting on any of the furniture inside or outside with wet clothing, fake tan or sand to prevent watermarks, staining, fading and damage. There is an outdoor shower and convenient entry to inside for your convenience so a sand-free interior can be enjoyed by everyone.

Ensure that you separate waste responsibly and remove it to the correct colour-coded bins outside for council collection. Bins are clearly marked and local Council monitors contamination of recycling bins and extra charges will be incurred for non-compliance to recycling guidelines.
